Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery availability may vary based on your PIN code.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (mentioned on product page).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Other Major Cities: 7–14 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10–18 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • We offer free delivery on select products and promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link via SMS or email

You can track your order anytime.


Returns & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing parts or manufacturing defects
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery for returns

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Custom-made products (unless defective or damaged)

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos/videos
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and arrange a pickup or replacement if approved.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories and tags

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The product is picked up AND
  • Quality check is completed
  • Refund method:
  • Online payment → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • Refund time:
  • 5–10 business days after approval

Cancellations

Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Shipping

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return (as per eligibility).
